Home-baked at Falsterbogatan
Every morning we go up a little early to bake bread, we use an organic wheat flour, which we enjoy working with and delivering high volume, we at Chez Madame make different flavor combinations every day, lest you become weary of the bread while making our work more challenging. Before you buy ask us what we have in the bread, so there will be no funny business. Rye bread we bake looks however always the same out with apricots and lots of other ingredients.
Tuesday - Friday we serve a vegetarian / vegan lunch from 11:30 to 14:30 home made so clearly and with an accompanying salad. We whipping up different salads from day to day and when we have time we add vegetables such as beets in juniper type, pickled pumpkin at Grandma's way, or pickled carrots. We like pulses and cooking a charge which we then use in salads or hommus.
On Saturdays and Sundays we serve breakfast 9:00 to 12:00 with blah. freshly baked blueberry scones, spirulina juice and muslin, we of course themselves. All our sweets bake ourselves and varies from what inspires us in life. We work with organic ingredients without preservatives and free of dyes.
