Society of International Affairs presents a lunch lecture in collaboration with Spira Arbetsmarknadsdagar.
David Crouch teaches journalism at Gothenburg University's department of journalism, media and communication (JMG) while on leave from the Financial Times in London, where he is deputy Europe news editor. He was one of the few British journalists in Kiev when the Orange Revolution began in Ukraine in 2004. With Ukrainian politics again in turmoil, David will talk about how the Financial Times covers European politics, and what he has learned about the media industry after 20 years working in Russia, Ukraine, Sweden and the UK.
